According to 24SMI, Lala Kramarenko was born on December 6, 2004, in Moscow. Her father is the famous footballer Dmitry Kramarenko. In early childhood, she began rhythmic gymnastics together with her twin sister Diana, but only she showed interest in the sport.
Lala competed in children's tournaments in Azerbaijan, where the family moved due to her father's work, and in 2014, her parents realized they needed to develop her talent in Russia and returned to Moscow.
In late February 2023, at the national championship, Lala Kramarenko left no chance for her rivals, winning four gold medals in the individual program.
