Russian singer Larisa Dolina has purchased a new luxury apartment worth 250 million rubles (1.3 billion tenge), registering it in her daughter's name, according to infohub.kz.
As reported by the prominent Russian Telegram channel SHOT, the upscale residence is located in the Premier residential complex in Moscow's Gagarinsky district. The deal was concluded back in April. Apartments in the building on Fotieva Street start at 200 million rubles (1 billion tenge). The premium complex comprises 192 apartments, two of which were combined specifically for the artist. According to documents, the owner is the singer's 43-year-old daughter, Angelina Dolina. The publication suggests this arrangement was chosen to protect the property from potential losses following the "Dolina scheme."
The Telegram channel also discovered that Larisa Alexandrovna herself resides in the new apartment. Neighbors captured her returning home after a concert.
Recall that in the summer of 2024, it was reported that Larisa Dolina fell victim to fraudsters who convinced her to sell her apartment and transfer the money to their accounts. The damage was estimated at over 200 million rubles. This situation sparked widespread public outcry and led to a wave of criticism against the singer, giving rise to the so-called "Dolina effect."
In December 2025, the judicial panel of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation refused to satisfy Larisa Dolina's claim to invalidate the apartment sale deal. In January of this year, the singer vacated the apartment.
Recently, the performer admitted that friends bought and gifted her a new apartment.
