A court in Lisakovsk has ruled on the case of a driver who was operating a vehicle without a license and ignored a police order to stop. The offender has been fined 207,600 tenge, according to the website infohub.kz.
The incident occurred in September 2026 on Verkhnetobolskaya Street in Lisakovsk. Citizen K., driving a VAZ-21154, was heading towards the village of Oktyabrsky without the right to drive.
Additionally, the man failed to comply with the lawful demand of patrol officers to stop. During the court hearing, he fully admitted his guilt and expressed remorse.
Under Part 3-1 of Article 613 of the Administrative Offenses Code, such an offense carries a fine of 60 monthly calculation indices or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
Considering the admission of guilt and remorse as mitigating circumstances, and the absence of aggravating factors, the court applied the provisions of Part 2 of Article 829-11 of the Administrative Offenses Code and reduced the fine to 207,600 tenge.
As of the time of publication, the court decision has not yet entered into legal force.
