Two luxury apartments in Kazakhstan's capital have been listed on electronic auctions, with the most expensive lot valued at over 363 million tenge, according to infohub.kz.
According to the electronic trading portal, three apartments in the residential complexes Green Village and Parisian Quarter are up for sale in Astana. Their starting prices range from 112.9 million to 363.2 million tenge.
The most expensive property is located in the Parisian Quarter residential complex on Charles de Gaulle Street. This two-level apartment has a total area of 309.5 square meters. Its starting price is 363,244,554 tenge. The interior is predominantly in light colors, with decorative painting, a fireplace with stucco molding, and sinks with gold faucets.
The second apartment is in the Green Village residential complex in the Komsomolsky neighborhood. It covers 231 square meters and has a starting price of 114 million tenge. The design features columns, patterned windows, a fireplace, and an abundance of decorative stucco. One room draws attention with its ceiling decor. An unusual detail is found in the bathroom, where a mosaic depicts a scene from the cartoon "Winnie the Pooh and All, All, All." Additionally, the apartment is furnished with many ivory-colored pieces with carved elements and gilding.
Auctions for all three properties will begin on September 22 at 10:00 AM. Prior to that, potential buyers can inspect the listed properties. The apartments are being sold by the Company for the Management of Returned Assets through the e-Qazyna web portal. The auctions are held in a competitive format: participants who meet the requirements increase their price bids.
