Kazakh millionaire blogger Madinakhon Mamadalieva, known as Madlen, stepped out at the amfAR Gala Venezia in a glamorous look after her suitcase was stolen on a train, reports infohub.kz.
Madlen arrived in Venice a few days ago. However, the trip was not without trouble. In tears, she said on social media that she had lost a suitcase containing designer shoes and expensive bags. She estimated the damage at $70,000 (about 32 million tenge).
The woman was traveling in a business-class train car, where she claims the suitcase was stolen.
"The suitcase contained items that were especially valuable to me. Meaningful gifts, things with stories and memories that cannot simply be bought again. That is probably what hurts the most," she admitted.
Madlen still managed to attend the event, which brought together global stars. She appeared at the amfAR Gala Venezia in a luxurious emerald-colored dress. She posted photos and videos on Instagram.
"They can steal my crocodile bags, but they cannot steal my identity. The one who will have all of it again! Notice Pamela Anderson's admiring gaze," Madlen noted, adding that "life goes on."
