The footage shows a man approaching a woman sitting on a bench and striking her in the face. When she stands up, he punches her in the head. According to the Atyrau Regional Police Department, on August 6, 2026, a domestic conflict occurred between spouses in the courtyard of a house in the Nursaya microdistrict. Police officers who arrived at the scene identified the parties involved.
During the investigation, it was found that a man born in 1993 beat a woman born in 1995, to whom he is legally married. Despite the victim's refusal to press charges, a protective order was issued against the offender. Additionally, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 492 of the Administrative Code for lack of temporary registration at the place of residence.
