Police have launched a pre-trial investigation after the body of a 56-year-old man with signs of violent death was found in an apartment in Rudny, the press service of the Kostanay Region Police Department said.
"Currently, necessary investigative and operational measures are being carried out to establish all circumstances of the incident, as well as the person involved in the commission of the crime," the Kostanay Region Police Department stated.
The department did not disclose further information in the interests of the investigation.
