In Aktau, MES officers on patrol spotted a man who had fallen from an inflatable boat into the water. Rescuers brought him to shore, infohub.kz reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan.
The incident occurred near the Shora water canal. While patrolling the area, rescuers saw a person in the water and immediately headed toward him.
"Rescuers promptly provided assistance, extracted the man from the water and brought him to shore. He did not require medical attention," the MES statement said.
The ministry also reminded that when going on the water, safety measures must be observed, a life jacket should be worn, and the rules of behavior on water bodies should not be neglected.
