In the village of Beineu, Mangistau region, police officers stopped a motorcade whose participants committed several traffic violations, according to infohub.kz citing Lada.kz.
It was found that one of the vehicles was illegally equipped with a flashing light. Another vehicle was driven by a person without a valid driver's license. Additionally, passengers in three cars were leaning out of the windows while the vehicles were moving.
Police reported: "The driver of the vehicle with the illegally installed flashing light was issued an administrative citation under Part 1 of Article 603 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which penalizes illegal installation and use of special light signals. Furthermore, other violations were identified during the inspection. Administrative measures were taken against the participants under Part 1 of Article 612 and Part 1 of Article 615 of the same code."
