A US-made Venom military helicopter crashed at a Czech Army helicopter base on July 23, 2026, killing one person and injuring four soldiers, according to infohub.kz.
The Czech Army announced the incident on social media platform X, stating the crash occurred the previous day. Officials pledged a thorough and impartial investigation. Air Force Commander Petr Tománek immediately traveled to the site.
