Astana police have reported the arrest of well-known pop-MMA fighter and blogger Miras Berkinbayev, who used profanity in videos he published, according to NUR.KZ citing the press service of the department. The incident occurred after police monitoring of social networks identified a video in which a man, being in a public place, used obscene language and violated public order, reports infohub.kz.
As specified by the Astana police department, the video was filmed for publication on the social network TikTok. Later, the man posted it on his page, openly distributing illegal content. The identity of the violator was quickly established. He turned out to be 32-year-old Miras Berkinbayev.
It should be noted that Miras Berkinbayev (also known as Miguel Coach) is a famous pop-MMA fighter who actively maintains a blog on Instagram (126 thousand subscribers) and TikTok (64 thousand subscribers, more than 3.2 million likes). For the committed offense, by court decision, he was brought to justice in the form of arrest for 10 days. The police added that they continue to monitor social networks.
