The Russian Monavie Presidential Estate project has won the AIM Future Holistic Living Awards 2026, with the ceremony held at the AIM Congress gala dinner in Dubai, according to infohub.kz.

The award was presented by UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi and AIM Global Foundation President Dawood Al Shezawi. The AIM Global Foundation Awards recognize outstanding achievements in investment attraction, innovation, sustainable development, entrepreneurship and public-private partnerships. Monavie was honored as a project that goes beyond the traditional approach to real estate, bringing together architecture, innovation, sustainability, infrastructure and community building.

The Monavie Presidential Estate is a private integrated development spanning more than 284 hectares in the Moscow Region, between the Novorizhskoye and Rublyovo-Uspenskoye highways, near the confluence of the Istra and Moskva rivers. Declared investment exceeds 43 billion rubles. The concept provides not only residential estates but also a five-star hotel complex managed by an international operator, a biointegrative medicine center, sports and educational infrastructure, an equestrian club, restaurants, and concert and exhibition halls. A 5.5-km embankment with beaches and piers will serve as a public hub, while natural spaces will account for at least 40% of the territory. The master plan was developed by international architecture firm WowHaus and is based on the "horizontal city" principle.

"The Monavie Presidential Estate is a project where family traditions take on a new quality. We are creating an environment in which several generations will live together, passing on values, a commitment to health and a love for their native land," says project investor Artur Terisayan.

Interest in such projects aligns with global momentum. The Global Wellness Institute values the global wellness real estate sector at $584 billion and expects it to grow to more than $1 trillion by 2029: the market has doubled since 2019, with annual growth of 19.5%. According to Knight Frank's The Residence Report 2025/26, based on an analysis of more than a thousand branded residence projects in 83 countries, health and well-being have ceased to be a "luxury add-on" and have become a fundamental principle. Wellness-focused projects have nearly tripled since 2017.

Monavie's win is also tied to the emerging "presidential estate" format. The term was coined by analysts: in August 2026, Singapore-based expert Ku Swee Yong, CEO of International Property Advisor and a lecturer at the Singapore Management University, proposed three criteria for a presidential estate in his article "Elevated above higher ground" in EdgeProp Singapore — a location as an enclave among equals on elevated ground, a multi-generational approach, and low density with self-sufficient life-support systems.

For its part, Khaleej Times, in an article titled "The rise of the presidential estate: rethinking the future of luxury real estate," named Monavie among three projects worldwide that most fully express the presidential estate philosophy, alongside Amanera in the Dominican Republic and Costa Palmas in Mexico. The publication highlighted its integrated infrastructure, a five-star international-brand hotel, a round-the-clock "Resident Care Service" and the principle of homogeneous neighboring. For the Russian project, this confirmed its alignment with global trends, in which real estate is increasingly seen as a long-term asset tied to quality and longevity of life.
