A mother in the Zhambyl region has been fined 43,000 tenge after her son bullied classmates, according to infohub.kz.
The Moiynkum District Court heard an administrative case against the mother of a minor under Article 127-2, Part 3 of the Administrative Code (bullying committed by a person aged 12 to 16). The incident took place in May 2026.
A ninth-grade student from a local school demanded money from eighth-graders. Based on this, a protocol was issued against the mother. The boy's guilt in bullying was proven.
In court, the mother, identified as citizen Zh., admitted to the facts and promised not to let it happen again. The prosecutor requested a fine of 10 MCI (monthly calculation index). The article's sanction allows for a warning or a fine of 10 MCI for parents.
The court found no mitigating or aggravating circumstances. The mother was found guilty and fined 43,000 tenge. The ruling has entered into force.
