Mukanbetkali Yesengaliyev has been appointed akim of the Almaty district of Aktobe. He previously served as deputy head of the apparatus of the akim of Aktobe Region, infohub.kz reports.
According to the official Instagram page of the Almaty district akimat, the new akim was introduced to city maslikhat deputies and staff by Aktobe head Azamat Beket.
Mukanbetkali Yesengaliyev was born in 1987. He holds two higher education degrees. He graduated from Zhubanov Aktobe State University with a degree in public and local administration, as well as from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in law.
He has worked as chief specialist and head of a sector in the economy and finance department of Aktobe, head of a sector in the entrepreneurship department of Aktobe, and chief specialist and chief inspector of the apparatus of the akim of Aktobe Region. Over the years, he has held the positions of head of the apparatus of the akim of Khromtau district, head of the organizational and control work department of the apparatus of the akim of Aktobe Region, and deputy head of the apparatus of the akim of Aktobe Region.
During the meeting, the new akim of the Almaty district, Mukanbetkali Yesengaliyev, said he would make every effort to justify the trust placed in him and to carry out the assigned tasks effectively.
