Russian singer Nikolai Baskov, 49, made a confession on social media, noting that he suffers from inner pain and emptiness, and that the audience is his salvation, reports infohub.kz.
On October 15, Baskov will turn 50. The artist is known not only for his talent but also for his subtle humor; however, it turns out that there is no place for jokes in his life right now. He recently gave a concert in Tver and afterward recorded a video address to his fans.
"I suddenly realized that the stage, the work I am absolutely dependent on, saves me from a certain pain that lives in my heart, in my situation. I can't talk about it yet because... Well, someday. And after the concert in Tver, I simply realized that you save me, you help me, you are my incentive, my love, my emotions, my health, you my dear fans, my audience, it is you who help me be happy, you fill the huge emptiness that lives inside me," Baskov confessed.
