Four football fans in Pavlodar have been fined for minor hooliganism after they used smoke bombs and loudly chanted slogans near the Central Stadium, reports infohub.kz.
The case was heard by the Specialized Interdistrict Court for Administrative Offenses of the city.
According to court materials, on June 28, 2026, at about 4:45 p.m., near the Central Stadium, the fans engaged in provocative behavior before a football match, shouting chants and using pyrotechnic devices (smoke bombs), thereby disturbing public order and the peace of citizens.
In court, the offenders fully admitted their guilt, expressed remorse, and explained that they were following a group of fans to the match where pyrotechnics were used and chants were shouted.
“By court rulings, A., K., V., and F. were found guilty of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and each was sentenced to a fine of 60,550 tenge,” the court said in a statement.
The rulings have entered into legal force.
