A court in the Akkuly district of Pavlodar region has sentenced a man to two days of administrative detention for insulting medical workers and imposed three-month behavioral restrictions, reports website infohub.kz.
According to the court, on July 14, 2026, in the village of Yamyshevo, a local resident, while intoxicated, verbally abused an ambulance crew that had responded to a call. His actions were classified under Part 2 of Article 80-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Kazakhstan.
At the hearing, the man fully admitted his guilt and expressed remorse. The court considered the admission of guilt and remorse as mitigating factors; no aggravating circumstances were found. The court found the offender guilty and sentenced him to two days of administrative detention.
Additionally, the court imposed special behavioral requirements for three months: a ban on consuming alcohol, narcotics, and psychotropic substances. He is also required to report weekly to his local police officer for preventive talks. The court ruling has not yet entered into force.
