An unusual traffic incident occurred in Petropavlovsk: a young woman jumped out of a moving car after refusing to kiss the driver and ended up under the wheels of another vehicle. Fortunately, no serious consequences were reported, according to infohub.kz.
According to the Police Department of the North Kazakhstan Region, on October 18 at around 23:35 in Petropavlovsk, the driver of a Volkswagen struck a pedestrian while driving on the roadway at the intersection of Karavannaya and Ukrainskaya streets. The 22-year-old victim was taken to hospital but was released home after receiving medical assistance. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
It is noted that the 69-year-old Volkswagen driver was sober, and the car was placed in a impound lot.
During questioning, the victim explained to police that she had come from Semey to Petropavlovsk to see a man and had rented an apartment. While driving around the city, he wanted to kiss her, but she was embarrassed about her missing front teeth and therefore jumped out of the car. After that, a Volkswagen ran over her. The woman has no claims against anyone. After the incident, she vacated the apartment and left for Kokshetau.
