Since the beginning of the year, police have received 167 calls regarding 11 entertainment venues located at 120 and 124 Nazarbayev Avenue. Residents of nearby houses complain about noise and violations of public order. Based on the identified facts, police officers have drawn up 257 administrative protocols. The heads of the establishments were sent submissions to eliminate violations. For failure to take measures or lack of response, 11 more protocols were issued, reports the website infohub.kz.
"This area is under special police control. We respond not only to committed offenses but also to residents' appeals. Owners must understand: organizing the work of an entertainment venue implies responsibility for order in the adjacent territory," said Timur Nogaibayev, head of the public safety department of the Almaty police department.
The police will continue preventive and control measures against these establishments.
