The press service of the police has commented on the message of blogger Shugyla about allegedly being unfairly fined. Law enforcement officials reported that she violated quiet hours at night, reports infohub.kz.
Earlier, popular TikTok influencer Shugyla posted a video on her page complaining about the actions of police officers.
The police reported that the incident occurred at 1 a.m. Officers noticed a car with open windows from which music was playing. A woman inside was shouting loudly, disturbing the peace.
The police checked the driver's documents and explained the reason for their approach. Law enforcement officers claim that they gave the woman a verbal warning and did not issue a fine.
At the same time, the woman behaved emotionally, shouted at the officers, filmed them, and presented the incident on social media in a distorted manner.
The entire conversation was recorded on police dashcams. No violations on their part were found. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that legal assessment will be given to the facts of disrespect towards a representative of authority and dissemination of false information.
Earlier it was reported that in Astana, the police fined famous blogger Aitym Zhakupov after a video appeared on social media showing gross violations of traffic rules.
