In the Kostanay region, police have brought to justice participants of a motorcade that was driving with the flag of the fishermen's community, reports the website infohub.kz.
As noted by the press service of the regional police department, the desire to attract attention on social media resulted in administrative liability for the motorcade participants in Arkalyk.
Using cameras from the Central Operations Management Center, police identified gross violations of traffic rules. Police officers were dispatched to the scene, who, as seen in the video, blocked the road for the motorcade. The identities of all violators have been established, and they have been brought to administrative responsibility.
In addition, videos have spread on social media showing passengers leaning out of windows and sunroofs of cars while moving, filming on mobile phones, grossly violating safety requirements.
During the inspection, a driver who was driving without a license was also identified.
The police department of the Kostanay region added that on August 3, in honor of City Day, fishing competitions were held in Arkalyk. The flag that was waved from the window of one of the cars is the flag of the fishermen's community.
