A deadly crash involving a Polish bus occurred on the M3 motorway in Hungary, killing 12 people, according to infohub.kz.
The incident happened at night. The bus, carrying 57 passengers, veered into a ditch. According to Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar, 12 people died and at least 10 were seriously injured. The prime minister expressed condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
The driver is suspected of falling asleep at the wheel and has been detained. The bus carried 57 passengers and two drivers. One person suffered life-threatening injuries, nine were seriously hurt, and 37 sustained minor injuries. All the injured were taken to hospitals.
