At the opening ceremony of the 6th World Nomad Games in Bishkek, high-ranking guests, including Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, were treated to exquisite dishes, reports infohub.kz.
Kazakh journalist Adil Baltabayev posted a video on Instagram from the VIP box where heads of state were seated, showing the menu for VIPs.
Among the cold appetizers and salads were: wild salmon and smoked trout, vegetable mosaic, duck liver terrine with farm cheese, assorted traditional smoked meats, and a seasonal vegetable composition with walnuts.
Main courses included yak ravioli with kurt sauce, duck consommé, sea bass with beluga caviar, and braised beef rib with black truffle.
For dessert, guests were served vanilla crème brûlée with sea buckthorn mousse.
Additionally, attendees enjoyed the evening's concert program.
