The prosecutor's office of Zhetysai district has restored the constitutional rights of educational workers who had not received timely pension deductions. After the inspection, the debt was fully repaid, reports infohub.kz.

During oversight measures, it emerged that the district education department had failed to transfer mandatory pension contributions for employees of subordinate institutions on time. The violation affected 3,766 teachers from 41 educational organizations. The total amount of unpaid funds was 33.8 million tenge.

“The inspection showed that the district education department did not timely transfer mandatory pension contributions for employees of subordinate institutions. The violations affected 3,766 workers from 41 educational organizations. As a result, mandatory pension contributions totaling 33.8 million tenge were not transferred within the established deadlines,” the prosecutor's office of Turkistan region reported.

According to the supervisory body, this led to a violation of the constitutional rights of workers to timely pension security. After the prosecutor's oversight act, the violations were fully eliminated, and all mandatory pension contributions were transferred in full.
