Just days after the conclusion of its first session, representatives of the Qazaqstan Halyq Kenesi (QHK) embarked on their first inspection tour of the regions. The Abai Region served as the starting point for the monitoring, according to infohub.kz.
The working group, led by QHK Deputy Chairwoman Lyazzat Chinkisbayeva and including council members Nurtai Sabiliyanov, Merey Kart, and Daulet Orynbekov, focused on the qualitative transformation of rural infrastructure and the inspection of school conditions.
The advisory body's representatives visited the village of Kengirbay bi (6 km from the district center of Karaul), where they personally inspected the small-class school (MKS) of the Shakarim Secondary School.
The delegates thoroughly reviewed the material and technical base and classroom equipment, and held meetings with the teaching staff. The QHK members recorded the key problems and systemic difficulties voiced by the village teachers for subsequent submission at the legislative level.
"Education is among the key priorities of the Qazaqstan Halyq Kenesi. Every Kazakhstani child, whether living in a metropolis or a remote village, must have equal access to advanced knowledge and modern technologies," emphasized QHK Deputy Chairwoman Lyazzat Chinkisbayeva.
In addition to inspecting educational institutions, a presentation of the pilot project "QH: Creating Community Centers 'Zhanga Club' on the Basis of Rural Libraries in the Abai Region" took place in the village of Karaul. The initiative aims to fully transform outdated libraries into multifunctional ecosystems.
