In the Zhambyl region, a relative of a patient has been held administratively liable for unacceptable behavior in a hospital. The incident occurred in the city of Shu, where a man got into a conflict with the head of a department at the multidisciplinary central hospital, reports the website infohub.kz.
According to the official Telegram channel of the courts of the Zhambyl region, the Shu district court considered an administrative case under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). It was established that in May 2026, the man, being a relative of a patient, came to the hospital and, without introducing himself, began asking questions that were outside the competence of the department head. After receiving explanations, in the presence of hospital staff, he started using profanity and insulting the doctor. Despite the remarks made, the man continued to behave aggressively, and the victim was forced to call the police.
The offender's guilt was confirmed by the testimony of the victim, witnesses, video recordings, and other case materials. The man himself did not admit guilt. The victim confirmed the circumstances of the incident, and witnesses (the victim's colleagues) also testified that the man spoke in a rude manner and insulted their colleague.
The court found no mitigating or aggravating circumstances. By court order, the man was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Administrative Code and fined 86,000 tenge. The order has entered into legal force.
