In the capital of Kazakhstan, an elite cottage with an area of over 350 square meters has been sold at auction. The final price of the lot was 353 million tenge, matching the starting price. Notably, the property is a returned asset, reports infohub.kz.

The auction was organized by the Company for the Management of Returned Assets. The name of the previous owner has not been disclosed. The auction followed an ascending price principle, but the initial price coincided with the final one — 353,839,564 tenge. Meanwhile, the appraised value of the property was significantly higher, at 416,281,840 tenge.

According to the lot data, the total area of all structures, including the cottage and outbuildings, reaches 497.60 square meters, and the land plot area is 0.4180 hectares. The property is located in the Saraiashyk district of Astana. The house was built in 2005.

Judging by the photos attached to the lot, the cottage features a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and fireplace, and there is a glass house on the grounds.
