A dispute over the recovery of unjust enrichment amounting to 1 million tenge in the Kostanay Region ended with a settlement between the parties, reports infohub.kz.
According to the official Telegram channel of the Kostanay Region courts, the Rudny City Court settled a dispute between the parties over a claim for the recovery of unjust enrichment. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant seeking the recovery of the specified amount.
As follows from the case circumstances, the plaintiff, as a result of fraudulent actions by unidentified persons while in a state of delusion, transferred 1 million tenge through a mobile application to the defendant's bank account. A criminal case was initiated on this fact, and the plaintiff was recognized as a victim.
During the reconciliation procedure, the parties, with the assistance of a mediator judge, settled the dispute through judicial mediation by concluding an agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, the defendant undertook to pay the plaintiff the sum of unjust enrichment in the amount of 1 million tenge in installments, specifically 50,000 tenge monthly.
By a court ruling, the above agreement was approved, and the proceedings were terminated.
