In 2025, the company "RZA," linked to former deputy akim of Kyzylorda region Murat Imandosov, posted a net profit of 19.3 million tenge. A year earlier, the figure was higher at 20.9 million tenge, reports infohub.kz.
The enterprise is registered in the Kazaly district of the Kyzylorda region. Its main activities include construction and road repair works, production and sale of road construction materials, sale of fuels and lubricants, transport and forwarding services, trade in auto parts, agriculture, and foreign economic operations.
According to the financial statements, the main owner of RZA remains entrepreneur Samurat Imandosov, father of the former deputy akim. He holds 80% of the company's shares, with the remaining 20% owned by his son Nurlan Imandosov.
Murat Imandosov previously held several government positions: he was akim of the Kazaly and Karmakshy districts, head of the industrial and innovative development department of the Kyzylorda region, and deputy akim of the region for production, investment, entrepreneurship, and tourism.
According to media reports, the Imandosov family owns an entire agro-industrial complex: rice fields, a dairy farm, meat and milk processing workshops, construction companies, gas stations, and shops. Both sons of Samurat are involved in the enterprise's activities.
RZA's revenue for 2025 amounted to 412.4 million tenge, compared to 776.8 million tenge a year earlier. Thus, the company's income nearly halved.
Despite the decline in revenue, the company remained profitable. Profit before tax was 25.1 million tenge, and net profit after corporate income tax was 19.3 million tenge.
The company's gross profit also dropped significantly, from 513.9 million to 29.7 million tenge. This is due to an increase in the cost of goods sold and services, from 262.9 million to 382.7 million tenge, while revenue declined.
