In June 2026, employers posted 108,700 vacancies on the Enbek.kz electronic labor exchange, while job seekers uploaded 126,700 resumes. Compared to May, the number of vacancies increased by 25.4% and resumes by 38.3%, reports the website infohub.kz.
The press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted that the platform's labor market has recovered from the seasonal downturn typical of the May holidays. The seasonal increase in labor supply is partly due to graduates entering the job market.
In the sectoral structure of demand, the leading industries are education (19,200 vacancies), provision of other services (16,500), agriculture, forestry and fisheries (12,100), healthcare and social services (9,500), construction (8,400), and manufacturing (7,300).
By regional distribution, the highest number of vacancies were posted in the Turkistan Region (12,300), Astana (8,500), Zhambyl Region (7,000), and Karaganda Region (6,700).
Among the vacancies with the highest offered salaries in June are division director (1.98 million tenge), deputy head of department (1.38 million tenge), and well engineer (1.31 million tenge). Meanwhile, the highest salary expectations among job seekers are for pilot (3.4 million tenge), system architect (2.5 million tenge), and surgeon (2 million tenge).
It is noted that the majority of job seekers (49%) are under the age of 35.
