Police in Semey have brought administrative charges against two women — the driver and a passenger who was riding on the hood of a car, reports infohub.kz.
According to the official Telegram channel of the Police Department of the Abay region, the incident occurred on July 14 in the Karagaily microdistrict. During social media monitoring, officers discovered a video showing a passenger on the hood of a moving Toyota RAV4.
The identities of those involved were quickly established. The driver, a 22-year-old city resident, was charged with transporting a passenger outside the vehicle cabin. The passenger, a 24-year-old woman, was also charged for being on the hood while the vehicle was moving, violating traffic regulations.
