In Shymkent, a private house with a land plot that belonged to former "beer king" and ex-oligarch Tokhtar Tuleshov has been put up for auction, reports infohub.kz.
According to the data from the electronic trading portal of Kazakhstan, the starting price of the lot is 240,195,000 tenge, but the minimum price at which the object is ready to be sold is 40 million tenge. The documents indicate that the owner of the territory is Tuleshov Tokhtar Dzhusipovich. The agreement on contribution of property to the authorized capital also mentions LLP "Shymkentpivo" and LLP "Darkhan Group".
The lot was placed by LLP "Darkhan Group". The area of the land plot is 0.0644 hectares, with two residential buildings and a shed located on the territory. The auction will be held using the Dutch method (descending price). The auction will start on August 27 at 10:00 AM.
Recall that Tokhtar Tuleshov was sentenced in 2016 to 21 years in a strict-regime colony with lifelong deprivation of the right to hold leadership positions in commercial and public organizations. He was accused of attempting a coup d'état, torture, murders - a total of 18 crimes. Tuleshov was detained in late January 2016 during a special operation by security forces in Shymkent.
