Four bloggers livestreamed on TikTok from a rented apartment in Shymkent, where they used 'laughing gas' and profanity, and a court ordered their administrative arrest, infohub.kz reports.
According to police, during the broadcast the participants used profanity and consumed 'laughing gas'.
"It was established that the livestream participants — 31-year-old Appaz Beksultan, a native of Turkistan Region known online as 'White Tiger'; 22-year-old Amir Samat, a native of Kyzylorda Region known as 'Sampo'; 25-year-old Zholdas Nurgazy, a native of Mangystau Region; and 26-year-old Zhumagul Yerasyl, a native of Turkistan Region — were in a rented apartment in Shymkent," the statement said.
It is noted that all four were held administratively liable.
"By court decision, Appaz Beksultan was sentenced to 17 days of administrative arrest, Amir Samat to 5 days, Zholdas Nurgazy to 7 days, and Zhumagul Yerasyl to 5 days," police added.
Recall that in Almaty, a man was arrested for 5 days for using profanity on his personal Instagram page. Earlier, bloggers from Almaty were arrested for obscene materials and for using profanity during livestreams.
