In Pavlodar, emergency services rescued an injured girl from the roof of a garage. The incident occurred on Ldovskogo Street, where the child had climbed onto the roof and was unable to get down. Using climbing gear and specialized rescue equipment, rescuers carefully evacuated the victim and handed her over to an ambulance crew for hospitalization, reports infohub.kz.
The call about the incident came in to the emergency number 112. Callers reported that a minor needed help. Upon arrival, emergency personnel found the girl on the roof of a garage.
"To ensure a safe evacuation, specialists used climbing equipment and specialized rescue gear. Using a stretcher, the child was carefully lowered from the height and handed over to the arriving ambulance team," the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan said.
After first aid was administered, the minor was hospitalized. Police officers were also on site to ensure safety during the operation.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded parents to closely watch their children and not leave them unattended. Rescuers urged that children should not be allowed on roofs or near other potentially dangerous objects. The ministry emphasized that following basic safety rules helps prevent accidents and protects children's lives and health.
