Taiynsha celebrated its City Day with great fanfare. In the year of the 90th anniversary of the North Kazakhstan Region, the holiday brought together residents, representatives of labor dynasties, youth, entrepreneurs, and guests of the district center... reports the website infohub.kz.
According to the akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region, the program "Taiynsha - My Beloved City" - "TAIYNSHA ECOFEST" covered several city venues. Residents enjoyed exhibitions of retro cars and rural districts, sports competitions, children's events, a drawing contest, and the Kitap FEST festival. During the official part, residents who contributed to the city's development were honored, and the results of "TAIYNSHA ECOFEST" were summed up.
The akim of the North Kazakhstan Region, Gauez Nurmukhambetov, sent a congratulatory address to the residents. The head of the region noted that the holiday of Taiynsha takes place in a special year for the region and emphasized that the further development of the city is linked not only to production growth and investment attraction but also to improving the quality of life, developing infrastructure and education, and creating new opportunities for youth.
"Today, on this square, it is especially felt: Taiynsha is primarily people united by a common history and faith in the future of their hometown. But the anniversary is not only a reason to recall the path traveled. It is an opportunity to assess the present and understand what Taiynsha of tomorrow we are creating together," said Ruslan Alishev, head of the akim's office.
Today, Taiynsha is a major agricultural and industrial center. It hosts the only bioethanol production in Kazakhstan, BioOperations, and the country's first breeding and hybrid center worth 7 billion tenge is under construction. Livestock farming and agricultural processing are developing. A subzone of the Qyzyljar special economic zone covering 200 hectares will give an additional boost to the economy.
One of the main events of City Day was the opening of TAIYNSHA HUB - the 15th district IT center created under the Digital Aimaq project. By decree of the head of state, 2026 has been declared the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. The opening of the new center is a practical continuation of the country's work to develop digital skills and introduce modern technologies. Here, young people will be able to study programming, robotics, and artificial intelligence, work with 3D graphics and virtual reality, and create technology and media projects.
"And it is very important that everyone who crosses the threshold of this center for the first time understands: for a big idea and a successful project, it is not necessary to leave for a big city. You can start here - in your native Taiynsha," emphasized Ruslan Alishev.
The festive program continued with a concert. City Day ended with a festive fireworks display and a disco.
