A warehouse company K.S-Invest operating in the Akmola region ended 2025 with a net profit of 120.3 million tenge. A year earlier, the enterprise recorded a loss of 8.3 million tenge, reports infohub.kz.

K.S-Invest is registered in Derzhavinsk, Akmola region. The enterprise has a license to provide warehouse services with the issuance of grain receipts dated June 1, 2018. The company's authorized capital is 685 million tenge.

The majority owner of the enterprise with a 70% stake is the Tajik company Fayzi Sakhar, located in the Spitamen district of the Sughd region. The Tajik egg and flour producer controls the Kazakh warehouse business together with Elmira Kushanova, who owns the remaining 30% of the authorized capital.

In 2021, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon visited the Fayzi Sakhar enterprise in the Spitamen district. At that time, it was reported that the enterprise raised 133,000 hens and 40,000 chicks. The factory produced about 2 million eggs per month and planned to increase capacity. At that time, the enterprise occupied 11 hectares, where new production workshops and a feed warehouse were planned. In addition to poultry farming, the Tajik company was engaged in grain processing and flour production.

The Kazakh K.S-Invest managed to turn profitable due to growth in operating indicators. The company's revenue for the year increased more than 2.2 times – from 123.4 million tenge in 2024 to 276.5 million tenge in 2025. The cost of sold goods and services increased slightly – from 94.2 million to 105.5 million tenge. As a result, gross profit jumped almost 6 times – from 29.3 million to 171 million tenge.

The company's financial indicators were as follows: administrative expenses amounted to 42.7 million tenge (in 2024 – 38.8 million tenge), other income – 13.4 million tenge (in 2024 – 2.3 million tenge), other expenses – 12 million tenge (in 2024 – 697 thousand tenge), financial income – 171 thousand tenge (in 2024 – 757 thousand tenge). Operating profit amounted to 128.3 million tenge against an operating loss of 9.5 million tenge a year earlier. Profit before tax reached 129.9 million tenge (in 2024 – a loss of 7.1 million tenge), and income tax expenses amounted to 9.6 million tenge.
