In Taldykorgan, young people staged dangerous stunts right on the roadway: they leaned out of the windows of a moving car, drove without state registration license plates, and one of them urinated in a public place. All violations were captured by cameras of the operational control center, reports infohub.kz.
According to the Police Department of the Jetisu Region, the incident occurred in Taldykorgan. The department described what happened as "driving without rules." Surveillance cameras recorded several violations committed by the young people.
"The footage shows that while the car was moving, one of the passengers leaned out of the window, ignoring safety requirements. Then the car stops, after which the state registration license plates are removed and it continues driving without them. Later, one of the passengers, a 22-year-old young man, urinated in a public place, thereby committing petty hooliganism," the Police Department said.
Police officers identified all those involved in the incident. The 19-year-old driver was brought to administrative responsibility for the violations committed. In respect of the 22-year-old passenger, materials on the fact of petty hooliganism have been sent to court.
