A shocking incident occurred in Aktau where a group of teenagers brutally beat a schoolboy and sent the video of the assault to his friend with threats. The victim's sister spoke about the incident on social media, reports infohub.kz.
According to the girl, her brother went out to a store in the morning when two teenagers aged 16-17 stopped him. They demanded that he call his friend and get him to come out of his house. When the friend refused to come out, the attackers filmed the beating and sent the video to the friend with the message: "If you don't come out, we'll beat your friend like this."
The victim's sister stressed that such actions cross all boundaries: "This is inhuman; it's a short step to murder." After the attack, the teenager was taken to the hospital, where doctors performed a CT scan and urgently hospitalized him.
The Police Department of Mangistau Region confirmed the incident. A criminal case has been opened on charges of hooliganism committed by a group of persons. The press service noted that such actions are classified as a serious crime, and all participants have been identified and taken to the police along with their legal representatives.
Currently, all necessary investigative actions are underway. Additionally, the legal representatives of the minors have been held accountable for improper fulfillment of parental duties. The case materials have been sent to the commission on juvenile affairs for further review and action within its competence.
