President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory telegram to President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the country's independence, reports infohub.kz.
In his message, the head of state noted that this significant date symbolizes the Kyrgyz people's aspiration for freedom, sovereignty, and independence. Over these years, Kyrgyzstan has worthily traversed the path from formation to sustainable development, strengthened its statehood, preserved its rich spiritual heritage, and become a respected state on the international arena. A vivid testament to this is the election of the Kyrgyz Republic as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council for 2027-2028.
The congratulation emphasizes that our countries are bound by truly fraternal relations, rooted in centuries-old traditions of friendship and good neighborliness. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed confidence in the further dynamic strengthening of strategic partnership and alliance for the benefit of the two peoples.
The President of Kazakhstan wished Sadyr Japarov success in his responsible state activities, and the fraternal Kyrgyz people prosperity and well-being.
