President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated the national team on their performance at the 6th World Nomad Games, as reported by infohub.kz.
Presidential press secretary Aibek Smadiyarov noted on his Telegram channel that the head of state highly praised the Kazakh athletes' performance. In his message, Tokayev emphasized that the results were achieved thanks to the athletes' dedication, hard work, and unwavering will.
Tokayev expressed gratitude to the champions and medalists, the coaching staff, and all specialists who contribute to strengthening Kazakhstan's international reputation as a country where national sports are actively developing.
The President wished Kazakh athletes new bright victories at the most prestigious competitions in the future.
Earlier, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic announced the final results for the national team: a total of 74 medals were won, including 32 gold, 20 silver, and 22 bronze. However, these figures did not match the data announced by the organizing committee of the Nomad Games.
