Among news videos, the leading story was about dengue fever, which Kazakhstani travelers brought from abroad. Since the beginning of the year, seven cases of the dangerous disease have been registered in the country, all in Almaty residents. The infection is transmitted by mosquitoes that live in tropical countries. This video garnered 239,153 views.

Also of significant interest was information about the first deaths from cyclosporiasis in the United States. Michigan authorities reported two fatalities from the outbreak. The video was watched 202,649 times.

Almaty residents are concerned about a strange virus with symptoms unlike typical acute respiratory infections. Journalists from Almaty TV News investigated which viruses are circulating in the city and how they differ. The story received 175,677 views.
