US President Donald Trump said in a major new interview that Saudi Arabia and Israel would not exist without his help, according to infohub.kz.
The interview was published by Time magazine, which posted a transcript of the conversation on its website. During the interview, journalists asked what Trump's relationship with the Saudis is like now.
"Good, good. I've done a lot for Saudi Arabia. I protect Saudi Arabia. If I weren't president, Saudi Arabia wouldn't exist right now. Neither would Israel. They would have been wiped off the face of the earth. I do a lot for Saudi Arabia. I have a very good relationship with them. I like the crown prince. We have a great relationship. But remember: if I weren't here, there would be no Saudi Arabia and no Israel. And many other countries too," Trump said.
He also added that he "does a lot for everyone."
