TSUM, a Karaganda-based company that owns the shopping center of the same name in the center of Karaganda, has announced dividends on its preferred shares for September. Each preferred share will receive 962.5 tenge, bringing the total payout for the month to 435.05 million tenge, according to infohub.kz.
Half of that sum will go to 60-year-old businessman Aleksei Nefedov. Payments are set to begin on October 6, and the list of shareholders entitled to dividends was drawn up as of September 30. The money will be transferred to shareholders' bank accounts.
TSUM is registered in Karaganda. As of publication, it is owned by the following parties: Arcada Group (Karaganda), Arcada (Karaganda), NAZIR INVEST (Almaty), 63-year-old Rivner Davletbaev, 64-year-old Ershat Salimov and 60-year-old Vladimir Sidelnikovsky.
Aleksei Nefedov is the sole owner of Arcada Group and Arcada. In 2025 he ranked 11th on Forbes' list of Kazakhstan's largest landlords. His company manages the Asia Park shopping and entertainment center in Astana, as well as the Mart, Asia Park and Mart Village shopping centers in Almaty.
NAZIR INVEST is co-owned by RVS, Ershat Salimov and Vladimir Sidelnikovsky. RVS, in turn, is co-owned by Rivner Davletbaev and Vladimir Sidelnikovsky.
According to the annual financial statements for the end of 2025, the company's shareholders are: Aleksei Nefedov with 48% of ordinary shares, Vladimir Sidelnikovsky with 21.6%, Ershat Salimov with 21.6%, Arcada with 2%, NAZIR INVEST with 2% and Rivner Davletbaev with 4.8%.
As of the end of 2025, Arcada and NAZIR INVEST each held 50% of all preferred shares (226,000 preferred shares each). As a result, Aleksei Nefedov will receive 217.5 million tenge in dividends for September 2026, with Ershat Salimov, Vladimir Sidelnikovsky and Rivner Davletbaev collectively receiving the same amount.
Ershat Salimov ranks 71st on Forbes' list of Kazakhstan's wealthiest people with a fortune of $102 million, while Vladimir Sidelnikovsky ranks 65th with $131 million.
