On the second day, a 1997 audio recording was played, featuring an interview between Duane "Keffe D" Davis, accused of orchestrating Shakur's shooting, and Fred Miller, a former Los Angeles police detective. Davis is charged with murder in connection with the 1996 shooting but has pleaded not guilty.
