An abandoned building that had long been a source of danger and public disorder has been demolished in Uralsk, reports infohub.kz.

In the Zachagansk district, an unused structure was found that had not been maintained or kept in proper condition. The adjacent area had turned into an illegal dump for household waste, a site for alcohol consumption, and a gathering place for individuals with antisocial behavior. Residents of nearby homes repeatedly complained about public order violations. To eliminate the threat, sanitation work was carried out, fencing was installed, and free access was restricted. The building was demolished on July 14.
