According to the city prosecutor's office, the crash with severe consequences occurred in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Preliminary data indicates that a minor, while driving a passenger car, lost control, causing the vehicle to hit an obstacle, overturn, and catch fire. The tragedy claimed the lives of two minor passengers, the supervisory body said.
The driver was hospitalized. A pre-trial investigation has been initiated under Part 4 of Article 345 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
