Maxim Vitorgan, the ex-husband of journalist Ksenia Sobchak, has transferred ownership of two Moscow apartments to his eldest daughter, Polina. The combined value of the properties is estimated at around 100 million rubles, equivalent to approximately 538 million tenge, according to infohub.kz.

Citing a source, the Telegram channel Shot reports that one apartment is located in Bolshoy Vlasyevsky Lane. Vitorgan became its owner back in 1998. The property spans 47 square meters and is currently valued at approximately 47 million rubles.

The actor received the second apartment in 2018 from his father, People's Artist of the USSR Emmanuil Vitorgan. It is a two-room apartment of 68 square meters on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, valued at around 55 million rubles.

According to Shot, Vitorgan registered both apartments to 30-year-old Polina within a single day.

After the war began in 2022, the actor left Russia for Israel. Vitorgan still visits Moscow, where he currently has two performances at the Kvartet I theater.

His eldest daughter, Polina, also lives in Israel. In 2024, she permanently moved to Tel Aviv. She runs social media accounts in Russian and Hebrew. She still maintains an individual entrepreneurship in hairdressing services in Russia.

Sobchak and Vitorgan were married from 2013 to 2019. They have one child together, Platon, born in November 2016.

Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle reported that Russia had begun procedures to seize property from journalist and blogger Yuri Dud for the state. After 2022, he left Russia and criticizes the current regime. Dud's apartment in Yuzhnoye Butovo was the first to be targeted.
