Police in the East Kazakhstan Region have identified and held accountable those involved in a dangerous ride, a video of which spread on social media, reports infohub.kz.
The published footage shows passengers leaning out of the windows of moving cars.
Police officers identified the drivers and passengers.
"The drivers were held administratively liable for violating the rules on transporting people, including carrying passengers outside the vehicle cabin. The passengers themselves were not left unpunished either. They were held liable for protruding body parts from a moving vehicle," police said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that such "stunts" can end in serious consequences and create danger for all road users.
Earlier, Kursiv reported that in Almaty a group of young people engaged in dangerous driving along Al-Farabi Avenue: a young man and women leaned out of car windows and sunroofs at full speed. The video flooded the Kazakh internet.
