A fire at a Wildberries logistics facility in Elektrostal, Moscow region, triggered by a drone attack, has been fully extinguished. The company's press service announced this on its Telegram channel, as reported by infohub.kz.
The press release stated that the Wildberries team will now conduct a comprehensive assessment of the aftermath and analyze the condition of the affected infrastructure.
The company emphasized that a hotline for employees of the burned logistics complex and their relatives continues to operate around the clock, and expressed sincere gratitude to all services involved in extinguishing the fire.
The fire at the Wildberries facility in the Moscow region occurred on the night of July 18 as a result of a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire covered an area of 25,000 square meters. There were casualties in Elektrostal, with one person dead. Dozens of pieces of equipment and over 100 rescuers were involved in the firefighting efforts.
