Wildberries has begun granting access to its new messenger, WB Chat, for all users. The service is now available in the App Store and Google Play apps, as well as through a web version. In terms of interface, WB Chat resembles Telegram: users can create personal and group chats, public channels, use the 'Favorites' function, statuses, folders for sorting conversations, and automatic transcription of voice messages. Registration requires using WB ID and a phone number. Currently, the messenger is in beta testing, so errors and glitches are possible. Previously, the service was used by company employees for internal tasks, and Tatyana Kim noted plans to enter the international market. Recall that since July 18, drones have attacked at least 24 Wildberries logistics facilities in different regions of Russia, leading to damage to goods and losses that could reach 800 billion rubles, reports the website infohub.kz.
